Sales Info

Prints are shipped carefully rolled into 64mm diameter cardboard post tubes with a 2mm thick wall to protect them from creasing or other damage during transit. UK only at present. On receipt of an order, take the picture(s) out of the tube as soon as possible after delivery and lie flat or put straight into frame(s).

Orders are normally despatched within two working days of receipt of order via UK Royal Mail first class post. Please note that the post tubes cannot normally be posted through a standard-sized letter box at the destination address. Deliveries are not 'signed for'. Couriers will usually ring the doorbell or knock and if there is no reply will leave the package at the door. You are then responsible for its safety. The post tubes should resist a small amount of rain but probably not a deluge.

All prints sent by Royal Mail First Class Post are by recorded delivery with a tracking number you will receive by email on despatch.

Prices

Print prices reflect the time and care taken in creating each image, the quality of materials and equipment used in the printing process, and their exclusivity – they are not mass market 'home decor'. You cannot buy them elsewhere online, plus price includes delivery within the UK.

Current prices are introductory prices at October 2023.

Secure payments

Payments are made securely via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account – just select the pay by card option during checkout, or if you have a PayPal account, you can pay that way too. You will then receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered.

Note: all payment transactions are handled entirely by PayPal. I do not see any card details nor are they stored anywhere by the shopping cart or on this website.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with a print, it can be returned. Contact me and I will give you the return address. Refunds on returns will be the amount paid for the print(s) excluding the original postage and will be made within five working days on receipt of the returned print(s) in a saleable condition, uncreased and undamaged (unless it can be shown damage occured in transit to the delivery address).
